Construction debris vs dumpster rental

For Jacksonville remodels: when we should load the C&D pile, and when a trailer you fill is cheaper.

Dumpster trailer in a driveway next to remodel leftover

Full-service C&D hauling

Book construction and demolition debris removal when the leftover is already on the ground and you want it gone in one visit. We load drywall, lumber, tile, cabinets, fixtures, and packaging. You do not have to throw it in a box. You get a price before we start.

This is the better fit after contractors leave, when a dumpster is full and the job is not done, or when you cannot lift the pile yourself.

Dumpster trailer you load

A dumpster trailer is better when the remodel will produce waste for a few days and you or the crew can load it. We drop a 10.7 cubic yard trailer. You fill it. We haul it. One day is $199 with the first ton included. Extra days and extra tons are on the rates list.

Do not load above the rails. Concrete, dirt, tile, and appliances need approval first. That is how people get surprised at pickup.

C&D is not concrete

Mixed remodel waste is bulky. Concrete, brick, block, and dirt are heavy. A small heavy pile can cost more than a larger wood-and-drywall pile. If the job is mostly slab or fill, use heavy debris, not the C&D page and not an unapproved trailer load. More detail: construction debris vs concrete.
