Construction debris vs concrete: which haul do you need?
Drywall and lumber are not the same load as concrete, brick, and dirt. Weight is what changes the quote.

Construction and demolition debris
This is mixed non-hazardous remodel waste: drywall, lumber, flooring, tile, cabinets, fixtures, and packaging. It is bulky more than it is dense. We load it as a C&D debris job so the next crew can keep working.
No asbestos, paint cans, solvents, or other hazardous material. If the pile is mostly wood and sheetrock, this is the right service.
Concrete and heavy debris
Concrete, brick, block, dirt, and similar fill are weight jobs. A small pile can still be a heavy load. Those need a separate heavy debris quote and often an extra fee because disposal is priced by ton, not just by space on the truck.
Tell us before you mix concrete into a C&D pile. Mixed heavy material changes the quote.
Which one should you book?
- Kitchen or bath remodel leftover: construction debris.
- Broken slab, sidewalk, or pavers: concrete and heavy debris.
- Both on the same site: send photos of each pile. We may haul them as two line items on one visit.
- You want to load it yourself over a few days: dumpster trailer rental, with heavy material approved first.
How we quote it
