You do not have to move everything to the curb unless we agreed to a curbside-only pickup.

Yes. We load from garages, rooms, upstairs, and backyards when the path is safe.

Yes. Curbside single-item pickups start at $99 when access is simple. Other small loads use our minimum load rate.

Most non-hazardous junk from homes and businesses: furniture, mattresses, appliances, boxes and bagged trash, yard debris, fencing, hot tubs (when agreed in advance), construction and demolition debris, concrete and heavy debris with notice, and cleanout piles from garages, storage units, and estates. We cannot accept hazardous or regulated materials. Review the authoritative items we cannot accept list below. Concrete, brick, dirt, and other heavy non-hazardous debris may be accepted with an extra fee.

Full-service junk removal is best when you want us to load and haul in one visit. A dumpster trailer rental fits DIY projects where you fill the trailer over a few days. Compare options on rates and trailer rental.

Usable items are donated when we can to help give back to the community, or recycled when it is practical. We cannot guarantee donation for every item; the rest goes to permitted disposal.

Yes. Onyx Junk Solutions LLC maintains insurance and the local business licenses required for the junk removal and hauling work we perform. If your property manager, HOA, or commercial client needs documentation, call or text 904-479-9209 and we will provide current proof. License numbers are not published on the website. See licensing.

Not always if we have clear access and payment arranged. For first visits or indoor loads, someone should be reachable by phone.

No. Utilities must be disconnected before pickup unless arranged in advance.
