What not to put in a dumpster (and what to do instead)

Onyx Junk Solutions LLC & trailer rental: We use the same items we cannot accept list for full-service junk removal and for what you load in our dumpster trailer. When in doubt, ask before you load.

Usually OK in a dumpster or trailer

Do not put these in a dumpster

Easy rule of thumb

If it is toxic, flammable, under pressure, or regulated by law, it does not belong in a dumpster. When in doubt, send a photo, we will tell you yes, no, or the right place to take it.

When junk removal beats a dumpster

Mixed piles (furniture plus paint cans plus electronics), items inside the house, or jobs where you do not want to load yourself are often faster with full-service junk removal. We sort and route materials correctly.
