What the $99 and $125 junk removal charges cover
The lowest rates on our Jacksonville price list, and when a job is too big for them.

The $99 curbside single-item pickup
This is one item already at the curb or driveway edge, with simple access. Think one couch, one mattress, or one large appliance sitting outside. It is a fast in-and-out, not a room cleanout.
If we have to go inside, up stairs, or haul extra bags with the item, it is no longer the $99 job. We will quote the right rate before we load.
The $125 minimum load
Most small indoor jobs start here. A few bags and boxes, a small pile of chairs and lamps, or one item plus a little extra junk. It is more than a curbside single, but not a quarter truck.
See the full ladder on our rates page: $199 for about a quarter load, $315 half, $425 three-quarter, $525 full.
What raises the price
Stairs, long carries, heavy material like concrete or dirt, extra labor, or a pile that is bigger than the photos. We tell you before we start. We do not change the number on the driveway without your OK.
How to get the right quote
Send photos and your address through the free estimate form, or call or text 904-479-9209. Photos of the pile and the path out of the house keep the quote honest.
