How to prepare for junk removal
A simple checklist so pickup day goes fast and your quote stays accurate.

1. Decide what goes and what stays
Walk the space once. Mark anything you are keeping. Move documents, jewelry, and valuables to a separate room so nothing leaves by mistake.
2. Send photos before we come
Use wide shots from the doorway. Show stairs, garage depth, and heavy items. Photos help us quote without guessing.
3. Clear a path
Move cars if we need driveway access. Unlock gates. You do not need to drag everything outside, we load from where items sit.
4. Tell us about access
Mention stairs, tight halls, long backyard carries, or HOA rules. That helps us plan crew size and time.
5. Appliances and special items
We do not disconnect utilities. Empty and defrost appliances first. Ask about paint, chemicals, tires, or concrete before booking.
6. Pets and parking
Secure pets during loading. Leave a reachable phone number if you step out.
7. Final price on site
We confirm price before we load. If you add items after the quote, the price may change, ask before we start.
